Hi pinay_4200,

I think there is no reason of rejection of your application. If you NOT tick the "Use of representative" in check list then there is no need of this form in your application. I think it is a mistake by CIO. Once again verify your checklist and forms why they rejected you. Try to find out the reason and try again as soon as possible.

I have sent you a PM, but for the understanding of others....

LMO is basically a certificate from Human Resource Canada, which your employer has to apply for to say that you will not betaking the job from a Canadian, that the work is avalaible to you.

When I re-submitted I sent the resend letter and appendix as cover to the application. I do beleive this expedited my application as the return was well within the expected 60-70 day wait, but I can not be definate about this. I would advice for any one having to re-submit to include the letter and appendix at least.

due to payment error, i have send my document back to CIO within 60days of the first date of application. i have attached their own letter+appendix only. i havent added any written letter. do you think i have to write application letter as a cover page? also, can i know, they will give preference to resend letter for processing?

You apply your initial application to CIS NS 16 Jan. or you have submitted full documents to London Visa Office on second stage... you post is confusing :-\

We can not know that they will give preference to resend letter - but I would reccomend including it as requested. My response was much earlier than expected.

I did not put a cover letter in mine - I tried to ensure I covered what they had outlined in the letter and appendix, i.e. in your case correct payment details. I printed of a new document check list (as this was not returned to me) and placed this as a cover (alike the original application) followed by the resend request letter and appendix then application documents.

Hi everyone, gear up, our applications processing is going to start in few days. CIO has processed initial inspection of our applications and will start sending AOR in few days. Kindly post updates as soon as you could.

Excellent job by you so far, encouraging words too.
Today my friend's AOR from NS came to him as email, he sent to CIO on Dec 17 2009.
CHC singapore for him. so it took 69 days to get his AOR from CIO.

Possible Reason for 50day: Dec 24 2009 - Jan4 2010 were holidays, so CIC catches up around 10 days in processing files.

Full documents have been sent on the 16th January to London visa office.
