What is LMO
did u send the letter and appendices with the re-submit application to CIO sydney.
Does letter and appendice which indicates ur mistake expedite the process and AOR comes early.

I have sent you a PM, but for the understanding of others....

LMO is basically a certificate from Human Resource Canada, which your employer has to apply for to say that you will not betaking the job from a Canadian, that the work is avalaible to you.

When I re-submitted I sent the resend letter and appendix as cover to the application. I do beleive this expedited my application as the return was well within the expected 60-70 day wait, but I can not be definate about this. I would advice for any one having to re-submit to include the letter and appendix at least.

Faysal,

You can only apply under NOC List spcified by CIC (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#list). If you have applied under another NOC which is not in this list, then you will get rejection. Your NOC 2172 is not in the list so you will get rejected. You can apply again under 0213 or 4131 if you have job responsibilities matching to these NOCs.

So leave your application that you have sent under NOC 2172 and start considration of sending new application with NOC in the list below:
