Dog Lover, is Dec Progress really slow or am I being little too anxious. I noticed thsat Nov applicants got two AOR every day.

Anyways I am not really hopeful as I selected my Visa Office as India against ND. We have already seen many rejection because of this.

My application was sent 11-Dec-2009 and no AOR or document request until now.

But I saw that some folks from dec-09 are receiving their AOR/document request.

Next Step of CHC documents submission will have to wait for about two to three months as I wait for FBI clearance.

ankit, can you tell me what does mean by FBI Clearance? and you are expecting 2/3 months more? another queries with you that, in full application to delhi, we have to provide the references of employer. in our work experince letter, there is contact no. fax/email etc along with the designation of person who signs on our experience letter. what is that additional letter, called, reference??? is that sufficient or we have to submit separate doc anything?

Hi Ankit_20...I forgot to ask, when did FBI receive your request. I just sent it last week, received by the FBI office on Feb 04. I have heard it could take 12-16 weeks

Sharmilla, if I may answer your question...FBI clearance is for those who have lived or are living in USA. If you have lived here after the age 18 then you need to get the FBI Clearance...if not..you don't have to worry about it...
