I got the refusal letter from DELHI OFFICE.My Aor is 16 OCT 2006.After submitting updated documents e-case change from In process to Decision made.I knew that time but I waited the reasons for refusal.
I'm confused.My lawyer said that I should submit application for work permit but I want to fight.If they want to refused why they wait to pass 2 year,that is so unfair.
So please,share your opinion.

Processing time is culmination of several factors, which varies for each case. Mera Dil kehnda hai ke visa jarror milley gaa, and dimag kehndaa hai kee 'Sabar Daa Fal Mitha', patience is name of game. I know wait karnee bahut aukhi hai, but eak naa eak din sub daa result aunaa hai. So just wait and watch. However, time line is usually between 6-12 month.
