Rahulji,
Its not necessary, notarized copies will work, as ithad worked for me, I was also highly confused about this when I was about to send my application. finally i sent the notarized copies and my case is thrugh.
bina koi tension laye notarized copies bhej dio.
sa vdhiya hoju.
