Flights with maximum baggage allowance

I would like to know the Airline which allows maximum baggage i.e. 3 bags of 23 kgs each...
I am planning to leave on December 29,2012...

3 pcs is max allowed by any airline. but important is not the baggage allowance but the things to take...

Under Economy class Emirates allow maximum of 2 bags of 23 kgs each which is checked baggage and 7 kgs of Cabin baggage .

coz i heard dat dey allow 3*23,7 kg hand bag +laptop bag....
u have to tell dat ur a student going to canada for the first tym...
check it....

bro my agent booked my flight(Jet Airways).....
He said 2*23 bags and I have only the E-TICKET in my hand which doesn't mention anything regarding baggage.....maybe I have a connecting flight from toronto to winnipeg(Air Canada)
