So I am from Bangladesh but I asked a friend of mine from London to buy the ticket for me as he has Airmiles plan. He got the ticket at less than half the price I would have paid in travel agency. He got me First and Business class cabins with a very cheap price. However I will be traveling via two airways first by Thai airways (Dhaka-Bangkok-Tokyo) and then Air Canada (Tokyo- Calgary)
Now my question is
1. Is it going to be a problem as I am travelling via two different Airways. In the past I have only travelled in single airways (including connecting flights)
2. He sent me the ticket via email as the ticket was originally mailed to him since he bought the ticket for me (He took all my details like full name, passport no, date of birth, passport expiry date etc.)And also my name is written on the ticket. Can I just print off the email and would it serve as my ticket? Will they give me boarding passes of the both the airways while checking in?
