Flight from -
India - Dubai (PCR test) - New York (3 hour transit)- Toronto
I don't have US visa . Will this flight be okay for me. I am lookinng mid - august and hopefully dubai - india will open up by then.
What do you all think?

I got classmates who travelled via various countries and were required to do PCR test from only one outside of India.
Eg - India - Frankurt - Serbia (PCR) - Frankfurt - Toronto
India - Amsterdam - Mexico (PCR) - Toronto
India - Maldives (PCR) - Somewhere - somewhere - Toronto
