flagpole landing at Windsor/Detroit

I want to do PR landing but I don't have US visa. Anyone tried flagpole landing through Windsor/Detroit Ontario?

Get to US border, state that you have no intention of entering US - you just need to re-enter Canada. After some waiting and paperwork you will get an administrative refusal. You return with it to the Canadian border and land.

Thanks for the info. I am actually aware of the process. The only thing I want to know if some one have gone through Windsor/Detroit border to do flagpole and PR landing. I have heard people do not have good experience at the Detroit border.
