could anyone help me if i could be able to go to border and flagpole if i have applied by mail for temporary work permit got approved and got work visa on my passport from embassy being a visitor here in canada. Just to have my work permit issued at the border showing the letter from the embassy and to have passport stamp is it possible. please help.

Im one of your followers here in this forum but im kinda hesitant to ask. I hope you can help me answer some of my questions.

I have my cousin here with me whos on a multiple visa I asked my manager if we can apply for an LMO and work for our company. My boss agreed but we are still waiting for the Positive LMO.

If my cousin already has the LMO can she flagpole in one of the boarders?

She is a fulltime student in italy and has no experience. My boss agreed to hire her even if she doesnt have job experience. What are the chances that she will be given a work permit?

My cousin is a permanent resident of italy but is holding a philippine passport will there be a problem if she will flagpole coz she doesnt have a US visa?
