Flag polling Question

I am PR of Canada.


We are expecting to receive my wife passport and COPR from CPC Ottawa office by today .


Tomorrow, we are planning to drive to Coutts/Carway south alberta border for flag polling.


I have a question:


1) Can I drive my wife for flag polling ? I am PR and my wife has to finish flag polling process.


2) What to tell officer ? that wife is here for flag polling and I am just driving ?


3) I am PR and I am not doing any flag poling of myself…so do you thing any problem there for me ?


4) I have USA visa and visited so may times. If I drive my wife for flag polling purpose, do you think I will have any problem entering in to USA ?


Please let me know…I am planning to landing tomorrow...

yes you can go with her... you just have to tell them that you are here for flag polling then they will give you yellow slip and one white refusal paper and direct you back to canada offices

yes you can if they allow you..last week I did my landing last week they told me to get my PR process done first and come back

I did my landing at Niagara.. I told them I want to do some shopping and on way back I have to do landing.. they said you complete your process first and then come back and we will allow you to go..and we did same and It took only 15 minutes

yes all the officers were so nice and talkative..i was scared before but everything went smoothly

Our experience went well at Coutts Alberta border

Officer was nice on both side (USA & Canada)

USA officer asked us to finish landing first and asked us to come back again after finishing immigration paper work....

We drove back to USA after getting immigration work done...It was all fine....

Hi guys. How long did you guys wait for your PR cards?

Also I was told that in between the time you get your PR card they cancel your visa and cant travel unless u fill in a temporary PR travel form.
