First PR Card not received

I am in the same situation.
I am planning to fax a solemn declaration.
Did you write anything for point no 3

Yes you need to explain that it has been 6 weeks or more since the GC key update said they mailed your card. And you have contacted IRCC regarding this matter who advised you to send this SD.

Incidentally, under "efforts made" it's better to mention that you looked for your PR card in your mail, neighbors, post office etc. and no one received this card.

When you try to link, use UCI and Family Name option (dont use Application No.). Also enter place of birth as CITY,(SPACE)STATE (as per passport or CoPR)

A great advice. I had been trying for last couple of days with different combinations but nothing worked. Adding place of birth in suggested format worked. I am sure many people would have struggled with this minor information. Thanks for this great advice

You are in Canada, stop believing things that don't exist. Govt services here don't ignore anyone just like that.

Did IRCC sent a PR card that you never received? You fill solemn declaration ONLY after they email you the form. I hope you aren't doing this proactively.

I sent solemn declaration for my partner after IRCC confirmed that PR card was sent and we never received it(was years ago). Once you send solemn declaration, ask them about what month they are processing and your expected processing time. That's pretty much it.

On the Solemn Declaration - it says that "if you have waited six weeks longer than the normal processing time and you still have not received your PR card" - Im on this stage now. ECOPR was Feb 12
- I heard this from the other forum for people waiting for ECOPR and now waiting for PR cards.
- I am doing it proactively.

So your advice is just wait, until they send this form to me? even though it is in the IRCC website? - Seriously asking for advice. TY in advance.

Your quote says "six weeks longer than normal processing time". You are within the normal processing time. If you call IRCC, they'll tell you to wait 2 months before you do anything. If you haven't received your PR cards within 2 months, call and ask them if they've sent a PR card that was never delivered (Canada Post is extremely unreliable). In that case, you'll ask them to send you the form or tell that that you'll mail this form.

Send solemn declaration when you actually know that PR card has been wrongly delivered.

Will hold the form until April 12,2025. Hopefully something happens and something updates. The processing time in IRCC is just 12 Days. - It is just frustrating when they post a processing time and it is not even true. anyways. T Y
