Ah ok. Over a month is a pretty long time then. Make sure the address you gave is the right one. Have you changed address recently?

I am still waiting for my eCOPR for 14 days, after submitting photo and address. Do you know how long it takes to get eCOPR

I have an update for whoever is waiting for their initial PR card. I got an email from IRCC about the IRCC - Permanent Residence Portal. I confirmed my information and got a link yesterday to submit my pictures.
Copr received - January 26, 2021
Second photos request from CIC Edmonton - August 17, 2021
Link for IRCC portal - September 16, 2021.

After calling them 15-20 times in 9 months and sending them photos for the third time, hopefully I will receive mine in a month now.

Even I am waiting for 4 months now for my initial PR card. Can you provide further details as to what did you do to get that email from IRCC. Also what was your date of landing?

No, I did not change my address at all. Many of my friends got the eCOPR within 1-2 weeks
