First Name different in kids passports and ECA Certificate

I am applying to New Brunswick PNP. When preparing my documents I noticed that my first name spelling is different in on of my kid's passport as well as in WES certificate. :

What do you suggest I do?

I think attach a Letter of Explanation and Affidavit related matter sufficient.

I am new to this so excuse my ignorance in this matter. Where from should I have an Affidavit issues? Is there a particular format?
Also when you say a justification letter, you mean one that is written by me and that is it?
