We applied within Canada, and already got interview for confirmation of permanent residence. Im wandering can we choose landing within Canada or go aboard ? i heard you will get a landing interview schedule for local, but actually we plan to have a trip out side of Canada, can we first landing when we back from trip?

No. Your landing will be scheduled at the local office, which you must attend to land as an Inland applicant. In order to land coming back from a trip, you would need to have been issued a PR visa, which Inland applicants do not apply for. They apply for PR status, and it is conferred on them through processing by a local office only.
