First entry to Canada after Express Entry PR

Hi I have applied for the skilled workers Express Entry PR visa in accompanying spouse category.
I understand that once through, I have to enter Canada at least once before a specifies date.

My question is - does my wife have to come to Canada with me(Main applicant) to activate my visa or can she come at a later time to activate her(dependent) visa.

assuming you are all entering before expiry date, i don't see why it should be a problem. be ready to explain it to the immigration officer though.

I just want to confirm that even though we are applying for the visa together, can we make our first entry separately, i.e my visa activation would/would not require her presence with me to Canada. Thanks

my agent told me to enter together. however he did not say it was mandatory
