Can somebody tell me what kind of procedures will I have to go through there at the airport when I land there for the first time with a PR visa?

Also What kind of documentation should I have on me to show immigration officer ?

Have the following documents with you
- passport with visa
- COPR
- proof of funds
- two copies of what all goods you have with you
- two copies of what all goods you would like to bring later
