First eligible then ineligible?

Please help!

I tried to create an express entry profile today with my personal reference number that I was given after completing the "Come to Canada" tool on cic website. The tool found me eligible to apply for express entry, and all of my own calculations corresponds to that fact.

After completing all the required sections and submitting my profile to cic I get the message that I am "not eligible for express entry". I am not given any information about why and it doesn't make sense to me. I meet every requirement that they ask for as a Federal Skilled Worker. I also can not find ways to go back into my application to take notice of any errors that I may have made.

Now I don't know how to get back into my application. It seems like I need to complete the Come to Canada tool again, but I don't how it looks like to be applying twice, possibly with different information (given that some of the questions could be interpreted differently- e.g. the highest level of education, iELTS score which I possibly forgot to recalculate to CLB score,etc.

Has anyone been in my shoes? Also, what could possibly be the error?

I can think of three potential errors:
1.) WES report needed to be mentioned for my education
2.) IELTS score not recalculated to CLB level
3.) Highest level of education filled in incorrectly for each separate education
4.) Not licensed in my profession in Canada

Sorry, that was four potential errors... And the more I read, the more I think it is about the missing WES reports...

I can think of three potential errors:
1.) WES report needed to be mentioned for my education

You could not have submitted profile if you failed to provide WES reference number. Unless you said NO to the question "Have you had your credential assessed", which, if you did, is an answer to your question.

2.) IELTS score not recalculated to CLB level

The system automatically calculates the CLB level.

3.) Highest level of education filled in incorrectly for each separate education

Recheck several times and make sure you fill correctly.

4.) Not licensed in my profession in Canada

Irrelevant for eligibility and/or CRS score.

Are you saying that I need to have had all the credentials that I want CRS points for assessed prior to creating the EE profile? I thought it was a requirement for the application to immigrate solely.
I happened to have my bachelor degree assessed, so I included the reference number to that, but I am yet to have my master degree and secondary school assessed, so, I clicked NO to that.

If the minimum CRS point requirement is 400 points, then not getting my master degree accounted for could be the deal breaker for me.

To be eligible, you need to meet two sets of requirements - those for express entry, and those of a specific program - FSW, CEC, and/or FST.

For EE - To have points counted for education, the Education Credentials Assessment (ECA) is required. So you did not receive points for your master's degree.

For FSW - another point system, also requires the ECA to get points for the Master's degree. If you don't have enough points under FSW (or other program), you won't be eligible to apply.

Thanks, this explains everything. But I will need to wait for my full master diploma to arrive. Universities take their time. Hopefully the WES process will be a quick one.

BTW, your link- how old is it?? Have they updated their funds requirements?? Last time I checked the required funds for two people was 14,000 smth, not 15,000 smth like your link suggests.

??? I just copied and pasted it, it's the live link from the CIC website. At the bottom it says "Date Modified: 2015-12-14"

As for the proof of funds, the LICOs are revised annually, it's a new year, and that page was just updated yesterday - "Date modified: 2016-01-12"

Oh, we really need to check that page regularly then!! I can't believe they increased the fund requirement...
