Fingerprints No Update

I got my AOR on May 30 for my citizenship application. On June 26 I got the fingerprints request. I have submitted the same on June 26 through RCMP accredited agency. The fingerprints request never showed on tracker. Then I got test invite on July 14 to complete the test. I did the test on July 23 and it got marked as complete on Jul 25. However there is nothing with respect to fingerprints showing on the tracker/email.

I checked with the agency and they gave the DCN numbers and said they have sent the fingerprints to RCMP on June 26 itself.

Any idea what's happening. How to navigate this?

did you end up getting a response at all? I emailed 6 days ago and no response - they dont have their phone lines open either. So frustrating.

I did but after few weeks. I ultimately decided to send fingerprints again and it worked. Coordinating lost fingerprints is a futile job.

I did my fingerprints for a Citizenship Application at a private agency in Mississauga on Feb 9, 2024. Looks like the processing at RCMP takes quite some time. Does anyone have a recent timeline between taking the fingerprints and an update appearing on the Tracker?
