Fingerprinting for FBI in UK

Can anyone help.....Where can I find approved country abbreviations for FBI Fingerprint form? looked on NCIC but can't see it? would appreciate any answers for United Kingdom.

thank you so much. this is just what I needed to know. Yes, FD-258 is what I have and i needed England but couldn't find it, obviously not looking in the right place!
