Hello all. I had a question. My friend is married and she doesn't work (her husband works and provides her with financial support). She is applying for a visitor visa and for some reasons she wants her sister to financially support her trip. What should she put under do you depend on someone for financial support and further documents? It is confusing because she doesn't actually rely on her sister for daily expenses just for this trip.

Thank you for replying to my question. However, the point is that she does not want to include any documents from her husband and she has her personal reasons. It is her sister who wants to support her trip. My question is that do we have to specifically say that her husband is supporting her in her life but here are some documents indicating her sister being her trip's supporter or just not complicate the situation by talking about her husband. I assume it would be weird.

Why is that? There's nothing wrong. She has the money she needs for her trip and an invitation letter from a friend. No her sister is supporting her from their home country. They live in the same country.

Unfortunately her sister supporting her and her being unemployed significantly weakens her application. Does she have previous travel to countries requiring visas such as the US, UK, etc? If so, definitely include these details since that will help her case. If she has children who are remaining at home while she travels, that will help as well. Can she show any property ownership where she is listed as owner? That will help too.
