Finally VISA after 5 years...

I just got a call from India that my passport has arrived back home with the Visa on it. I am in the UK right now. Now the big task of getting my passport back.

I had submitted my passport on the 17th Of Nov and had sent my passport by DHL as as last resort they had denied giving me any extension of time. even before they requested for my passport the status had changed to decision made.

I applied about 5 years ( early 2004) ago, they asked me to resubmit all my documents earlier this year, did my medicals in August and shortly thereafter paid my RPRF fee.

While I submitted my passport I had enclosed a letter saying that I am planning to go back home for Christmas and requested them to send my passport back as soon as possible, cant believe they sent it back in less than 15 days.

I am in Middle East, so can v send the passport to embassies in Pak via DHL etc? and do they send it back? to where it is sent from?

No, they will not send it overseas, they will send it to your local adress in that conuntry.
