CAIPS will reveal the data the visa officer fed into the computer system while taking a decision on your application. In numerous cases, they give a stupid reason while rejecting our visa and when we order CAIPS, we see an entirely different reason (CAIPS notes reason is the authentic and reliable one) Ordering CAIPS notes doesn't affect your application in any way. It's harmless and for your own satisfaction. More information is easily available on their website; just google CAIPS.
@ kabeer: Don't lose hope, I too got approval email the next day and some people get it after 2-3 days. Call VFS and ask for airway bill so that you can track your shipment because the tracking ID didn't work for me.
