So I assume you are one of the soon to be Citizenship of Convenience. Remember immigrants chose to come to Canada and Canada doesn't owe them anything. This is an example of sheer incompetence. People are shopping at Amazon, ebay and these websites come with various countries and domain names but that doesn't mean that applicant was there. bullShXit

So essentially if you are shopping from Walmart.com instead from walmart.ca, any stupid CJ will assume that you were sitting in United States instead of Canada. Horrible. These guys need training.

They wasted your 5 years under non-routine bullshiX. I don't think you should be happy. You lost at least 4 years worth of opportunity to work in US and elsewhere because they categorized you non routine and constantly keep rejecting your application. The application that should have been finalized in 1 or 2 year got over in 5 years it is a net loss of freedom to travel and income on TN visa for 3 years. Someone should sue for punitive damages.
