I have the same question. When is second stage issued? I heard from IRCC that we will receive when VFS globals reopen back (late Sept.).

My university, York University, already stated that the Winter term will be completely online. This will be the new normal from now on until Fall 2021, I guess.

Winter also online!.... what about second semester in May 2021? Did they mention something about classes in May 2021?.... my program Is just for 1 year ... I must complete the second semester IN Canada... my idea was to ask for permit extension from Canada to study a second program

nov20 is kind of late. because i need to resign my current job. it's not a one day thing.
and there is also a high chance to take a 14 days quarantine when arrived in ca.

Not sure if students will be allowed to travel before Jan 2021. This year most universities and colleges will commence online to prevent and control if there is a 2nd outbreak of the virus.
