Same doubts here... but I read that you can’t ask for study permit extensions from outside Canada.... if you’re outside then a new study permit has to be requested ...., if you know something new or different about this, Please comment here. Thanks!

It’s not a concern for those whose programs have started in may or sept 2020 and are 1 year or 8m long.... They can study the whole program fully online outside Canada.. It a 1y program started In sept 2020 You can study S1 and S2 online outside Canada And S3 in Canada online or in-person...

It’s better that you defer for Jan21 because if you start Classes online in Sept and classes are also online in Jan you won’t be able to apply for PGWP ..... Even for people with SP on or before March 18 haven’t been allowed to get it Canada because classes online are no essential.... and I...

At least they have decided something.... there are other colleges which can’t answer anything because they argue that they don’t know and everything will depend on the government.... but it’s better that colleges assume a position so students can decide what to do....

Exactly.... I deferred to Jan21... if I’m approved before Jan21 I can start online classes in Jan21 or travel if classes in Jan21 are in person AND IF Canadians allow foreign students get in Canada in Jan21.... If I study online from Jan21 to Apr21 I hope to continue my 2nd (and final semester)...
