usually 3days to 4weeks p1 then another weeks to p2 then 3 weeks again to PR Card.
some have shorter days within 2 weeks they get card already.

why would you be worried? give it 3 weeks. your already approved relax and enjoy the wait

It usually is approval. We can't say for sure as we aren't IRCC. Final decision is usually good news, so nothing to be worried about right now.
