Filling form, education background, mention college or university?

I have completed my BCS degree from Allama Iqbal open university, Islamabad.

They arranged for their approved study centre in my city and completed my degree.

Now i am comfused that in the name of institution field, whether i have to write the college/study centre i attended that is affiliated with university or write university name itself.

As university is in other city they can get confused by fact that i did not live in islamabad while i was studying. But Degree issued to me is from University itself.
