That would be for exam application, but for the ECA request form there's only space for a signature, no indication of stamp/photo.

You don't need to get it notarized.... you can get anyone to sign the witness column, that's what i did and it was fine

as u rightly pointed out, I m not applying under pharmacist category. I m working in pharmacovigilance field and not as a pharmacist.

Hi Rahul, I am also working in PV. Which NOC did u use? Is it 4165 or 1252? It will be really helpful if you reply. I have been searching this forum for some days for NOC for PV.
