Hello everyone. I am new in this forum. I am very much interested in applying for nova scotia RLMD program. My problem is I have hard time understanding for the forms to be submitted, is it only the application form together with the documents needed? Another thing also is do i need to include the passport copy of all my kids? I have 3 kids but my twin daughter aged 2 years old has no passport yet.

Yup dapat magsubmit ka ng passport copy ng lahat ng dependents mo.

I believe so Erin. For the total cost regardless of where and to whom I spent it for this dream, I believe it is going to be worth it.

Sana makapasok tayong lahat dito sa Pinoy Forum!

Greetings mga Kabayan!!

Nakita ko din tong Forum na to sa wakas!! ahihihi...

May question lang po ako about sa Funds Information. Me and my sister have joint Peso & Dollar Account, initially ako yng principal ng account. Hndi na ako nag huhulog dun kaya nag decide kami na sya na ang gawing principal. Maaari ko bang i submit yng Funds details ng account na un kahit na hindi ako ang Principal?

I am currently married and have own bank account na. TIA

According to RLMD Stream Appl Guide, page 6..

Further Information on Required Funds

You must show that you have enough funds to support yourself and your dependents after you arrive in Nova Scotia. Funds must be in your name alone or in the name of yourself and accompanying dependents. You cannot borrow this money from an institution (e.g. a bank) or from another person. You must be able to use this money for settlement and to initially support the costs of living for you and your family. The amount of money you need to support your family is determined by the size of your family, as shown at the table at the following link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp. This table was developed for the Federal Skilled Worker program, but the amounts also apply to the Nova Scotia Regional Labour Market Demand stream.

Hi bluemav,

I believe you've created your own settlement/employment plan, i hope you don't mind if you can share some links for immediate reference specific on the location (eg. Halifax, sydney, etc.) that you've already researched.

It will really be a good material. Thank you in advance.

Hi po!

Just want to share din po nag sign up din kmi through cic, first assesment is that our job category NOC 2282 (user suport) is listed on the NSNP list posted last March 6, so we signed up through them. Then after several weeks NS immigration removed our category and change it to a new list of job categories...so we left hanging na...but still CIC told us daw na we will submit our application and they will help us in our job description. we are a little bit woried since 4 of us applied through them. also we relaize na its not their fault naman since NS immigration keeps changing their rules from time to time.
sa ngayon we are praying na sana CIC or anyone will help us. Im thinking also sa Manitoba but wala kaming kakilala doon :(

Please advice us what to do. thanks
