Hi Carby, thank you for your reply on this. Where you called for an interview? What kind of questions did they ask? I worked in the US for a year and HIB was not processed in my case. I decided to come back home. thanks again
\

You're welcome. They didn't call me for an interview. They just emailed me asking for a letter of explanation regarding my length of stay in the US. I also sent a notarized photocopy of my old passport as a supporting document. Then a month after they received my docs, I received my PPR.

Hello,

I just would like to ask something that pertains about the medical exam. I just had mine done today and the red blood cells in my urinalysis exam is higher than normal. I don't have any problems with my blood tests and Xray. Does anyone have the same situation? The doctor said that they will be sending the results to the embassy and it is up to the embassy to advise me if they would require further tests or not.. :(

Hi wave, are u male or female? Kc if female it could be directly related to menses, if not maybe stones but if there is no infection and blood WBC is ok, then i don't see any problem, it is not one of those result that will warrant a remedical. However just to be sure, drink a lot of water or buko :). That is for ur own.

Hi Carby,

It's been a long time since I logged on to this page. Did you get my message? I got the services of June and Mark Spindloe of Relocation Nova Scotia to fetch me from the airport and help me look for an apartment.

Questions lang about filling-up the new Form.

For IMM0008ENU_2D form (Generic Application Form)

1. When I click (put check) on boxes, proceeding blank spaces was grayed out and cannot input answers anymore. Do I need to put N/A (handwritten) after I printed it?
2. Do I need to put N/A on Question #3 under UCI after I printed the document or leave it blank? I’m a new applicant.
3. Do I need to put N/A on Question #9 under Citizenship(s) under item#2 after I printed the document or leave it blank?
4. Under Contact Information, what to put on “District"? I’m from Makati City. Is it Metro Manila or National Capital Region or N/A?
5. Under Education/Occupation Details: What to put on item#4 "Intended Occupation"? Is it OK to enter “NOC 7216”? (that’s my applied NOC).
6. Under the Personal Details of my dependant (my 9 year old son) and under “Dependant Type”: What should I put, Type A or B or C Dependant?

Others:

1. Do I need to fill-up the Additional Dependants / Declaration Form (IMM0008DEPENU)?

thanks!

Hi Vitomanolo!

I'm also from the old system. We submitted march 2005 and they started to process in April 2005 as stated in the Ecas. I haven't received any news from CIC, not even a request for upadate. although I sent them updates without thier request.

Hi to everyone! We just received our passport request through email. Thank God!!!! However, in the email, they said that the Appendix A was attached, but I dont see any attachment for that. Will it arrive through regular mail? Or do they normally attach them in the email? And also, what is the size of the pictures that we need to send? because I dont see any attachment. I hope you could send me infos regarding my queries!!! Goodluck to everyone and God bless!!!

Appendix A should come in as an attachment together with your PPR.. As for the pictures:

The photographs must:
$ show a full front view of the person=s head and shoulders showing full face centred in the middle
of the photograph;
$ have a plain white background;

Hi Quami! Thank you for your quick reply! Should I email back the Embassy and tell them that there was no attachment for Appendix A and B? Is the form generic that I can download it?Hope you could reply again! Thanks again so much!
