i am about to send my documents in a week or two pero very worried sa 782 applications as of 19 April 2011, if aabot pa.
pano ba yung proof of funds? i saw other post saying di pwde yung property valuations pero sa EG7 file sabi "....the amount can include the value of any property that you own, but should not include jewellery, cars and other personal assets". dati may forms to use for this pero wala na akong nakikita now sa new kits. pwde ba din ba use yung dating form to show details ng proof of funds?

hi ning6972. yes, you may use property as part of your POF. Here are more relevant info regarding that - Canada Settlement Fund.

bago lng d2 sa forum and i am planning to pass my application this July.. I have 6 yrs experience sa isang registered occupation and I just resigned. klangan po ba currently employed ka pra mapprove application? tnx..!

thanks po. additional inquiries lang po:

1) wala bang forms to use to summarize the available funds? kailangan ko ng property valuation to use it right? what if may sufficient funds ka naman then isasama mo na lang yung copy ng proof ng property ownership?

2) advice naman po mga kabayan sa envelope. it says kasi 9 x 12 and we cant use bigger envelope?

3) i am from UAE and ano ba lalagay ko sa Visa Office, is it LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM?

4) pwde bang magpa under LONDON visa office ako pero i will send my completed documents from Manila? pauwi pa lang kasi ako to complete my other requirements such as NBI saka mga school certificates.

5) yung sa 2 self addressed mailing labels, tama po ba na gagawa ako ng 2 in English? Ano po ba itong mailing labels, as in my Name and Address here in UAE printed in a white paper?

thanks po sa mga makakasagot.

hi po, i am new to this forum....ask ko lang po, pwede po ba mag apply under skilled worker category if ang experience po ay private duty nurse? nursing was my second course ( took me an additional 2 and 1/2 years to complete it). as soon as i graduated, i worked and helped out at my parents' health clinic for about 3 years. i got paid for it naman po, but am a little apprehensive since pamilya ko ang ilalagay sa employers. when they retired, nag PDN naman po ako sa dati naming pasyente. and up until now, i am still a PDN to this very same patient since 2006. pwede po ba ito as experience, or does canada require hospital experience? hopeful here. thanks po sa pag basa.

here's the answer to your inquiries:

yes. should have property valuation. if you have other documents like the CTS then that would be good as well. if you'll attach it as a supplement only, you still need to declare its value so a proof of property ownership might not be enough kasi wala namang amount indicated dun.
2) advice naman po mga kabayan sa envelope. it says kasi 9 x 12 and we cant use bigger envelope?

specifications po nila yun. won't harm if you follow it na lang.

3) i am from UAE and ano ba lalagay ko sa Visa Office, is it LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM?

Yes. that's correct. pwedeng LONDON rin lang.

4) pwde bang magpa under LONDON visa office ako pero i will send my completed documents from Manila? pauwi pa lang kasi ako to complete my other requirements such as NBI saka mga school certificates.

Medyo nakakalito ang tanong mo. If you're referring to indicating London as your Visa Office then sending your Complete Application Package to Manila Visa Office then I don't think this is possible .. Others please correct me if im mistaken. Once you've launched your application the CIO will forward it to the Visa Office you've specified. You may seek to transfer it pero hindi sya recommended and will cause you delays.

Now if what you meant from your question is send your complete documents to the London from Manila, as in ipapadala mo lang, then pwede syempre yun. Hindi naman nag-matter kung saan nangaling ang mga documents as long as makarating sa London Visa Office.

5) yung sa 2 self addressed mailing labels, tama po ba na gagawa ako ng 2 in English? Ano po ba itong mailing labels, as in my Name and Address here in UAE printed in a white paper?

Yes. mailing labels yan.

thanks po sa mga makakasagot.

you're correct. the 9x12 is closer to the A4 size. in my case, i had my TOR printed in a long format as well and i had to secure it by folding.

Nope CEM didn't ask for a new NBI. I think it's a case to case basis. if they think they need a new one they will require it. :)

question po: gaano katagal ang next step kapag napalitan na ang status from "received from visa office" to "in process"?
