anata,
importante yung job description kaya ireview mo ng maiigi yun...dpat similar sa duties and responsibilities na nakasaad sa noc code mo...may kakiklala kc ako na narefused dito cem after submitiing full docs dahil malaki discrepancy ng duties and responsibilities na nailagay sa application nya...pasok sya sa points system kc 4 years na experience nya kaso sabi dw ng visa officer na he is not satisfied that the applicant has an experience in that noc code based on the job description in the application....bka bad mood din yung vo hehehehe...ngapala, i know din somebody na nag copy paste ng duties and responsibilities, ayun refused din....double check mo dox pra smooth sailing ang flow ng application mo....gudlak

kakaworry naman pala, ibig pu pala sabihin pwede pa din marefuse dahil sa job duties.. haay... kala ko po chineck na yun sa cic.. ditu din pala.. pambihira.. huhu..

i think may member dito na may problem siya sa JD niya, the embassy was doubtful about his JD kasi hindi raw consistent yung JD nya. or hindi na ako sure talaga... and nag send ang embassy ng letter to send them follow-up documents for proof.. and the member really tried her/his best para ma submit yun... and i think months after na deny siya... it was a tragic news para sa kanya and sa members..

i passed certificate of employment, contracts and business card of the signee.. however for those companies which i can't provide the said documents, nag gawa ako ng affidavit stating bakit wala akong document for that company and why.

andreavonn,

Yung sa akin, di rin complete yung mga reference letters ko at employment contracts from my previous employers, pati na rin yung sa husband ko (during my time to submit the full docs kasi, kasama pa yung work experience ng spouse). So what I did, I just made an explanation letter for each employer, (either without reference letter or contract or both), stating the reasons why I could not provide such document(s), then I attached whatever document I could find from my files and also from my employers (xinerox ko lang) to prove my employment therein, such as inter-office memos, approved application for leave of absence, training/seminar certificates, etc. In my letters, I itemized (in chronological order) each supporting documents, complete with dates and description. Basta just see to it na yung date sa supporting document mo is within the date of coverage nung employment mo. PM ko sa yo a sample of one of my explanation letters para may idea ka. ;)

Tnx a lot Bebong! so happy for you :D :D :D

andreavonn----> relax ka lng, just pray that everything will turn out right. point of no return ka na eh kasi nasa VO na dox mo. so, just hang in there and pray that God will grant the desires of ur heart. useless na mag worry ka sa stage na yan kasi i believe waiting for medicals ka na. worrying is stressful, and it will not give u any good. mamya magshoot-up ang kng ano2x at maapektuhan med results mo ;)

Hello pisces18k,

We have the same situation. My first degree relative is my uncle. Problem is he was born in 1939 and he doesnt have any record of birth in our municipal hall. Thus the civil registry made a certificate saying that the record of birth was destroyed by floods, war and termites. I figured it would be futile to register my uncle's BC because he is 71 years old and had been living in Canada for 40 years. So I went to the church where my mother and my uncles was baptized . I was able to obtain a certificate of baptism with registry number and date of baptism. Also included is my grand parent's name. Not sure if this is alright but Certificate of baptism is seemed viable to prove relationship.

Hello rogue2578,

Yup we have exactly the same situation. My uncle is also living in Canada for 40 years now and he doesn't have a copy of his birth certificate. What we have is a Certification from Municipal Civil Registrar regarding my uncle's birth data (It shows like birth certificate also but in "Date of Registration" it is written "Data not available in the Registry Book). But the NSO has no record of my uncle's birth. My mother also has no birth record in that municipality for the reason that it was destroyed by World War II (as per Civil Registrar's certification to my mother's record). How do you think can I prove that my uncle is my mother's brother? In my uncle's certification the name of my grandparents appeared. However my mother has no any other document that my grandparents' name appeared. Is it enough if my mother will just make a sworn affidavit signed by any Attorney? My mother's middle and family names appeared in my birth certificate. Maybe we can justify with that, that she is really my uncle's sister. What do you think?

After all, I am thinking that a first degree relative is not essential to our application since even without a relative in Canada we can still reached the required points under FSW. So if the embassy will not be satisfied to the proof of relationship documents, I think we are still qualified. What's your opinion about this? Thanks for sharing your situation too.
