Hello Asitoja,

What is IQAS all about? Sorry I have no idea about it. But in submitting documents to the Embassy, secondary TOR is not required..right? As far as the latest Checklist of documents (Form E37025) to be submitted to Canadian Embassy in Manila, it is stated in #6 (Education/Training/Qualifications) that only POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION DOCUMENTS are needed. In the TRANSCRIPTS, I believe that the phrase "certified true copies of transcripts of all degrees" means the college level degrees that you have finished.

By the way I have clarification question also to everyone. In regards to EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS, is it safe to assume that there is no need to notarized it? Because in the old checklist it is stated "notarized copy of Employment contracts" but in the new/latest checklist it is stated "copies of employment contract". Thank you so much.

not so sure ako d2, but id like to share my thoughts. i remember one time i had cough and colds for quite a long time, nag pa X-RAY ako. the doc noted some spots in my lungs, he said phlegm daw yun as i had no symptoms of TB.

eh kasi sa medicals, u will be required to undergo X-ray din. so, baka maging problema. again, im not sure. i suggest u talk to a doctor para ma verify and u will be guided.

rhmanalili - HI, base on my experience naman wala naging problem, yes, i think simple cough and colds won't create a problem sa medical result mo, when we went for medical, my husband and i also have cough and colds, i even have fever during the examation but the result went ok naman, even the x-rays,,nagkaproblema lang ako sa ihi, kaya i have repeat the urinalysis,,, but you can also take mimi's advice better siguro magtrial ka ng x-ray :)

Maharlika - friend kaso lang nauna pa yung isa IQAS bago yung sa CRNM,,ang tagal kasi ng visa eh hehe

pisces18k - IQAS is only for those applying for nursing registration in Manitoba, it does'nt have anything to do with the requirements of the embassy,,about your question naman sa "employment cert." sorry, ala akong idea sa new rules ng VO eh, i was included sa old rule, pero para sigurado ka, bakit di mo na lang ipanotarize

Thanks in advance.

Ang saya na naman - ang daming updates - MR, PPR, visa, etc. Congratulations sa lahat ng me mga progress sa application ninyo. Sana kami na ang kasunod:-) God Bless us all.

I submitted mine last tuesday lang. You have to go to your highschool registrar and ask for a certified true copy of your transcript and diploma. they will return your application kung kulang ang pinadala mong requirements.

hi everyone! ok lang ba na kopyahin ko na lang ang responsibilities at duties na sinulat ng employer ko sa employment certificate ko?( with regard to schedule 3,#11)
