Good sign, right!

Anyway, I just want to ask kung ipapamedical rin ba kids below 10? I have a 2 year old boy and parang nabasa ko dito na meron nagpamedical ng ganung idad na anak?

Ummm, I read din kasi before sa thread ng medicals na hindi na? So for those who had medicals na, what did you do? Do they require now? I guess mg 11 year old needs to have medical pero what about my 2 year old?

I hope somebody can enlighten me on this. Thank you very much.

Yup, required ang medical exam regardless of age. My daughter had her medical exam when she was 3 months old. The DMP asked for a copy of the immunization records in the baby book then just asked my wife regarding the medical history from birth 'til the time of her medical exam (including the delivery method, complications during pregnancy or during childbirth, if any).

Mari,

We had a new photo taken since the instructions stated "recent" photographs. :)

Good morning!

Thanks!
