pag me visa na saka pa pwede mg apply ng reg sa manitoba, for now mg aaply muna ng iqas which is 100 dollars din...by dec na ako te take ng ielts para sabay na rin sa pdos sa cebu para isang gastusan na lang...

pass muna yung 5 requirements then crnm will open a file for you...then complete the other requirements and after complete na lahat assessment will start daw agad..

yung husband ko ang kumuha ng zonal valuation sa BIR. Dala nya orig land title. Pero parang di na rin kailangan kasi zonal valuation lang naman at hindi market valuation or tax declaration. Sa pagkakaalam ko po, kapag zonal valuation yung presyo ng lots sa isang barangay or community kaya tingin ko kahit walang dalang land title. magbabayad ka lang ng mura sa BIR for the certified true copy of the zonal valuation. Within the day or baka minutes lang ata, makukuha mo na ito. Isang requirement ng Visa Office ay legal document indicating your ownership of the property. Isang halimbawa dito ang land title. Di ko po sure if pwede yung certification na namention nyo.

Thanks! Try kong punta ng BIR to ask a copy... di na lang rin namin cguro isasama as POF, just to make sure of it... para lang mailagay namin cyang property dun sa personal network...

HI pachochay! for me, personally, you dont have to declare anything unless merong scar to prove you have had that disease one time in ur life. Ganito, i suggest you undergo pre-medical examinations and check if you have a scar. Unfortunately, TB will leave a scar even if you are already cured.. so talk to your doctor if the scar you have is possible to get with exposure (only, as you can get TB scars even if you never had it). If your doctor thinks you have had TB before, declare it... if not, don't. well, that's just me.. wait natin others..

hi.. share ko lng kc my wife had tb previously and when she had the medical exam, she declared it and presented the certificate from her doctor that it is already inactive. she had an xray 2x. but lo and behold, ok naman kc we already have our visas although, upon arriving there she will have to call a public health authority within 30days.. so no need to worry.. as long as it is inactive already.. there is no doubt that you will be granted a visa...

this july ba yun? well, for me ok na yun kc ang required lang naman sa med exm is chest xray at some blood works...so, my opinion is, if ever me mr kana, just go ahead with it and do not mention it to your dmp, saan ka plan mg med exam dyan lang sa uae? i donot know the process there ano, pero cguro same lang yan dito na laboratories ang una saka na ang PE pag me mga results na, so you'll be aware if ever me bad results, saka mo na e mention at ihanda ang mga supporting labs results...

re: scar, uu, makikita yun sa xray...pero to have peace of mind u can have an ultrasound, to make sure na wala na talaga...

Yep, this July lang at dito namin plan magpa-medical sa Dubai kung sakali. So ganun pala ang PE only after the lab results so pati yung mga sasagutang questionaires which include medical history gagawin rin lang after lab tests? So in that case, pde ko na rin lang muna itanong kung ok tests o hindi. Back read na rin lang siguro ako sa posts ng mga taga Dubai (Qorax, et al) pra me idea din.

pachocahy --walang anuman hmm.. dalhin mo sa doctor mo yang result pero magpa-check ka parin prior to medical exam mo para sure.. huwag ka umasa lang dun sa july result mo and yes, anytime for peace of mind puwede ka magpa-sputum exam, para iculture din nila at mas sure un
