Patanong naman po especially dun sa mga nasa medical field.
10 years ago, I was diagnosed with PTB. Took medicine for 6 months & got healed.
Succeeding APEs (2 or 3 I guess), I had to undergo apico lordotic view along with the usual xray which all went ok (negative). Since then no more apico lordotic view were required and no advice of any problem with my APE.
I dont have a copy anymore of the original xray when PTb was found out nor the succeeding negative xrays as they were normally sent directly to the company paying for the APE (employer). I am also not sure whether it has left any scar on my lungs. I am currently in Dubai and visa office is London.
Question: Do I need to declare it during medical? If so, what documents can I present as support that it has already been cured 10 years back? Would it help if I do some prelim tests now while waiting for our MR. Btw, I am the principal applicant. thanks in advance for your suggestions/advice.

dapat tinago mo yung previous xray. reference kz nila un and iko compare nila yung past and present scar mo kung may scar ka nga but normally if u have ptb eh may scar talaga. pag wala na talaga ang xray copy eh ipapa sputum test ka. u have to wait for 2 months para sa result if negative or positive. u should declare it kz pag nakita nila may scar then u tell them na wala ka ptb before - bka isipin nila na active na nman ang tb mo.
for me, mas mabuti do some prelim tests as of now to see if makikita pa ba na me tb ka before kc if no traces na, which i hope sana, then it wud be better not to mention anymore sa dmp...anyway, that is the dmp's duty to discover if u have ailments now...pero if meron pa, then better bring/secure all your records of treatment so that you'll not start all over again...
