hi kyle, try to focus on some other things, work and hobbies while waiting for reply from the embassy. I believe this is your first choice, but if you try to open up your mind there are some countries which is offering the best system and services just like canada did. Let's hope that you can convince the VO with the affidavit you sent but IMO and I'm not discouraging you once the canadian made a decision it's very hard for them to twist it. But it can happen sometimes on a case to case basis especially if they made an honest mistake.

I have a question re payment of application/processing fee. I have contacted several banks (BDO, MetroBank, Landbank) in Manila re issuance of bank draft in canadian dollars. They dont issue such in canadian dollars. Meron po ba kayong alam na bank na pwede? Last option ko is visa credit card of my brother. Ok nman po siguro if i dont own the credit card di ba? my brother is willing to use his credit card for my application.

Try mo sa BPI. They issue bank draft in canadian dollars. Nagpagawa ako at their Ayala-Paseo Branch in Philamlife Tower.

Or better yet you can call the customer service at 89-100

Yes you can use your brothers credit card..you'll need him to sign the payment form though.. :)

to all members who replied on my post re processing fee, marami pong salamat. I called up BPI greenhills branch which is very close to my office. They issue bank draft in Canadian dollars. Salamat po!

hi gideon! initial application will be sent to Nova Scotia. that's what i did. NS will send you AOR or acknowledgment of receipt of your initial application then will advise you to send full documents to VO. that's more or less 2-3 months waiting for the AOR. JD is job description (correct me if m wrong guys) ;) hope this helps....

opppsss.... i applied before the 6/26 rules by the way. pls visit the website for the updates. you'll find a lot of info there...

You will need to follow the post 6/26 rule. You need to send all docs to NS. So gather the items on the CIO checklist, as well as the items for the VO. Put it in an expandable envelope, and send everything to NS. You need to hurry though, the 6/26 rule now has a quota.

hi isysy...musta IT jobs dyan?!? san ka pla sa canada nag land?
