thanks for your reply. nainterview na po ba kayo? sabi kasi ng iba, baka di magrant ng visa or baka mareject kasi mas gusto ng canada na buong pamilya ang mag migrate, if magtanung sila "why are your kids not accompanying you to canada" at kung isasagot ko sa ganitong tanung ay due to insufficient funds(which is a common reason), mukhang babagsak kami kasi that would only show na we cannot stay long in canada kasi wala kaming pera tlaga. para pong baligtad ang magiging case ko sa inyo ksi sa simula pa lang di ko na isasama kids and hubby pero i will declare them sa application ko na immedate family members sila but they are not accompanying family members para 550 lang babayaran ko kasi ako lang yong principal applicant. Then before the interview i will make some changes, sasabihin ko na they will accompany me para lang mapakita ko sa visa officer na buong family na kaming magmigrate. salamat po ulet sa sino pong interested na sumagot sa question ko, pls. enlighten me.
Hi Psychnars,
anong stage ka na sa processing? at kung FSW po. Palagay nalng po ung timeline mo para mas mapagaralan natin ang case.
At the initial processing of documents, parehas po kami ng The BAROK FAMILY, I applied for 5 family members (Spouse +3children). But I declared them not accompanying (meaning in the first landing-di sila kasama) but kasama sila sa PR Visa application ko. Take note when you say
"not accompanying" meaning di lang kasama sa first landing, but kasama sa application. If di kasama sa initial application di po ma release ang VISA nyo na kasama ang buong family,
if maapprove, kasi misrepresentation din kasi po ung apply ka kunyari di mo isama family tapos afterall isasama mo rin pala.
Ok, if you want to add them in the middle of the application, you will again undergo submission and approval of their documents, medical etc for them before your case will be finallized, so waste of time po sya. If married/with family po, talagang advisable po na initial application kasama na po sila if you are planning to take them with you now or in the future.
Ung about sa payments and FUNDS, yes you have to prepare for the whole family. Yon po ung point doon PR visa application nila na we can support our family doon.
Hope to shed some light on your statement. (I am not an expert but all this was advised to me by my Lawyer in Canada)
