Hi Kiko!

My sister and I are also planning to register with CNO. Parang may naalala kasi akong nabasa ako ditoto na nag-increase na ang application fee ng CNO from 171 to 600 Canadian dollars. But when I checked their website it is still $171. I was just wondering where they got their info, just want to clarify this if you don't mind. But both of us had already received the application forms from CNO last May. Mine was thru snail mail but my sister got hers thru email.

Another thing is there a difference if we choose to be assessed first as RN than RPN? I was thinking kasi na if they decide that you are not eligible as RN baka ibigay naman na option ung mag apply ka na lang as RPN. If this is the scenario does this mean na you have to pay a new fee for RPN assessment naman? Madami ba jobs for RPN?

Thank you.

ok wait, isa isahin natin:

1. yes. totoo, from 171 to 600 +HST na tax. but is you have a assessment package na and it says there na 171 +tax yung babayaran mo, you have until august 30 to pass it, and you have to pay an additional 13.08 can dollars for the tax difference. mag eemail naman sila sau. kung May pa may package ka na padala mo na.

imbubbles,

ok lang kung philippine address ilagay mo, pag dating mo dito tawagan mo lang sila to change your address... sa assessment stage, hindi pa kailangan na andito ka sa canada... :) good luck sa inyong lahat!!!!!

cheers!!!!!!!!

@mikomi - i can't reply to you anymore since your inbox is full. anyway, yung name ng anak ng patient will be the heading. then siya na rin mag sign.. sa patient profile dun kana mag mention who your patient is and how is it related to the employer

kiko thanks ha :) ur such a blessing... now medyo nagkakaroon na ako ng direction. haha. i am setting my mind on registering na for CNO RN.. if hindi eligible, then RPN. pero ask ko, ilang araw/weeks bago matatanggap ung package? i think 3-5 days ago nagrequest na actually ako pero nilagay ko nga Phil address ko and email address...

No bridging time? how did you do it? tnx
:D

Nag send sila ng letter na Hindi daw equivalent ang schooling ko so they gave me a choice either to submit equivalency table or baiwiin na lang application. Shempre I chose the other eh wala naman mawawala haha. Just finish your equivalency table.

Nagpa assess ako sa CRNBC, submitted my forms last March pa. Kung hindi ko sila in-email, they will not even acknowledge that they have received my forms. Until now wala pang update.

Matagal talaga sila, NOvember pa first assessment ko. :P

I am sorry guys, ang dami pala nag tanong pag post ko haha. Si kiko tuloy sumagot. I am so busy kasi uuwi na ri nako sa Pinas eh, Iam here sa USA under h1c visa, expired na visa ko this September so ang inaasikaso ko sabay sabay, immigration papers ko sa canada, Nursing ko sa Ontario at h1b visa ko sa states ulit.

well eto ginawa ko sa ONtario Nursing.
1. Hingi ka ng forms nila for international students or nurses sa www.cno.org.
2. na complete ko ang forms ko and submitted by NOvember. Make sure you also send course description para makatulong.
3. Submit ko lang eh General Ielts kasi for my canadian immigration rin, hindi ko lang alam now kung pwede pa rin ha, I am not updated anymore kasi.

By April, they sent me a letter stating na hindi daw ako qualified kasi yung education daw hindi sya ka level ng CANADA haha. so bigyan ka nya 2 choices.
1. do bridging program - lord knows how long.. wala indicated.
2. do equivalency table - mag submit ka lang essays based on your experience and guide your answers.. dun sa equivalency table na guide na ginawa nila. By the way nagpadala rin naman sila ng sample pano gawin yung equivalency table.

Submit ko sya by May 19.

Tumagal ba ulit? Pano processing pag nasa states ako? Kailangan pa ba ako umuwi sa Pinas for medicals and such?

Sige thank you guys, kung may tanong message me in pm.. ang bilis kasi humaba ng forum haha.

P.O. Box 2168
Makati Central Post Office
Makati City 1200, Philippines

Others said that they have used this address: Embassy of Canada-Manila

Hello sa lahat,
Sa mga nakaka alam po, I submitted my FBI record request and the my credit card is from the Philippines. Does FBI accepts our credit cards for their payment. I read some where that they only accept credit card issued from America. If any body can clarify and had been in this situation? Thank you..
