you can bring as many as u want.. but u have to tell the immigration officer upon entry that you are carrying more than $10K
 
TABS and those who just recently landed.. pls pa-PM iyong cargo na by space ung kailangan bayaran? how much and how many balikbayan box will fit to that space. im really thinking about bringing as much as i can, medyo mahal ata lahat sa vancouver sabi sakin. thanks!
 
how much is the cost of cargo shipping?!? in US it cost around $2,000 for a 8x8 container around 16-20 balikbayan boxes. as much as possible dont bring your appliances since its 110v in canada.

dont forget to bring parol made of capiz & convert it to 110v ;D (its rare & expensive there) just a suggestion :D

may idea ka ba kung pwede ang kotse sa loob ng container para makatipid sa import/export tax? naisip ko lang kasi dahil pwede ka din maglagay ng gamit sa loob ng kotse at sa mga nalalabing lugar sa loob ng container.

Hi!! i need some clarification, pls.... i'm about to send my full docs this week but I wanted to include my 2 kids in the application (initially, i just sent payment for me & my husband sa CIO w/ the application)... where am I supposed to send the payment for my kids processing fee? sa CIO pa rin po ba or do I just include the payment sa docs na isi-send ko sa Manila Office? Ang payee po ba ng demand draft is Receiver General or Canadian Embassy? Thanks to anyone who can enlighten me on this...

Yup, may duties and responsibilities sa employment certificate. pero, yung sa schedule 3 form, may duties din dun na hinihingi. pwede ba copy ko from employment certificate ang duties, tapos ilagay dito sa form? kasi, halos parehas kasi ang hinihingi nila na info.

please advice po..

Hi gcctocanada, as far as I remember, I read it somewhere in the forums that passports should be MRP (Machine Readable Passport). Its the brown passport.

I had read that too, but it was about Manila VO. Any pinoy who sent passport to London VO? (Most other Asian country don't have MRP yet), I just want to know if anybody/pinoy actually submitted and what was the result. Thanks
