Native Language: Filipino or Tagalog?

Any will do. Dapat sana Filipino pero if ur going to look at the British Council pag nagIELTS -- gamit nila, Tagalog. I wrote both. Kasya naman sa space.

Agree ako kay kiko regarding CNA work. Napakalaking sakripisyo talaga!

is it true if youre US-RN you can work as an LPN?

I don't think so since you still have to take the CRNE if you want to practice nursing in Canada. The only advantage I believe is that since the US and Canada have "similar" educational system, they might be more lenient on your educational background and professional experiences. It's just my opinion though.

This is true but the only thing an RPN cannot do is assess a client which is the part that is paid more to an RN. Kaya dapat after a year we have to be an RN and after a year of MS experience mag masters na kayo, be an RN-Anesthesist or a practitioner :)

Four years ago I worked on a tertiary hospital that provides medical services to foreigners with health insurance. Men they were all fat guys. My attendants/caregivers are breaking their backs just to lift the fat foreigner up his bed. If I'll be doing that without a mechanical lifter I may think twice before signing up for the job. Just my 2cents.

nars,

tnx for posting...so ano kaya mas maigi kaya kung mad specialize tayo doon like hemodialysis? i think hindi masyado nerve cracking ang hemo then mas higher pay d ba?

kiko,

dami ba nangangailangan ng hemodialysis nurse dyan? baka marami then cguro mg training muna ako at mag experience, cguro ok pa ang time... 5 weeks kc ang training sa manila :( :( :( :(

Nars,

Acknowledged ba ng canada ang masters degree in nursing earned in the Philippines? Anyone knows?

yung sa#12:
Gather and Submit to the CIO all documents listed on both Checklists:
1. this document checklist (use it as the cover page), and
2. the visa office specific document checlist for the visa office that serves:
