Hi guys!

Congrats sa mga papunta na ng Canada! ANyway, I have a question, sabi ng Campbell Cohen agency, may bago daw rules ang FSW? Sabi, kailangan na daw ang IELTS score upon submission of the initial application which was implemented as of June 27, 2010?! As in yung super first application with the bank draft and stuffs. Is it true? I need your answer ASAP po. Thank you so much and God Bless us all. :)

you need to submit your original IELTS result upon submission of your intial application to CIO. Thats the new rule.... applicable to all applications on and after june 26, 2010.

Hello people! I am new to this page. I received my file # last April 12. I got married last June so I can bring my husband with me. Right now I am waiting for my new passport which is arriving tomorrow. I had to change my family name kasi. Our marriage contract has just been electronically filed with NSO so hopefully makukuha ko ang NSO marriage contract within this week.

Here are some of my questions which I hope someone can enlighten me:

1. Is it okay that I have 4 bank accounts? 1 is my ATM payroll account with Metrobank, 1 is my ATM savings with the same bank, 1 passbook account with PNB (opened last October 2009 per instruction of my agency) and the last one is a joint account with my husband opened this June 2010.

2. One of my previous employers do not have a dry seal. Is it okay to submit a certificate of employment without a dry seal? I think the company only has the rubber stamp. Huhu.

3. For discrepancies that require affidavits, is it acceptable that I only make 1 affidavit for everything? Like when I explain that I applied as single but got married last June, why my husband can only produce a certification that he is a BSN graduate but can't produce the TOR since CHED has not released their Special Order # yet.

4. As proof of relationship with my sister who is a permanent resident of Canada, I only have her NSO birth certificate and a certified true copy of her permanent resident card. Will that suffice?

These are my questions for now. Please help....anybody. My agency is not that helpful that's why I need to ask around.

Congratulations to those who have made it. Sana kami rin. Hehe. God bless everyone!

salamat..

magandang araw po,,, paano po ung professional certificate ko as a Dentist un ung parang diploma from PRC eh naka laminate pag nag send ako ng applicatin ko ok lna g ba kung xerox certified / notarized? Can anybody or anyone who had the same case please help...I am currently working in Bangkok which would be a problem to get the new certificate from Manila. Any advise is highly appreciated salamat po!

What I did was I photocopied my Board Certificate, PRC ID and Board Rating tapos pumunta ako sa PRC, paid 75 pesos each copy at sila na ang nagnotarize. sabi ng agency, okay na daw yun. baka pwede mo rin gawin yun, somebody from your family can transact for you with your letter of authorization.

baka swerte langkami, pati yung list ng accompying goods namin hindi kinuha, lahat ng bagahe namin including hand carry hindi binuksan o dinaan sa xray... it took us less than an hour to complete our landing... baka case to case yun ha, so please dont take my words as an advice...:) basta yungkinuhalang nya yung list ko ng goods to follow tapos binigyan nya ko ng document for tax exemption...

Hi, The answer to your question is address it to the Receiver General same as what you did before,

but you cannot pay for him now if he is not included on your initial application. You have to amend your application, the IMM 5406,he/she has to complete a full application with the PCCs (police certificates) and pay the fees.

hope to be of little help...some seniors here may have more input.

hay naku hailo,

hindi ko na enjot yung business class dahil sa declaration na yan... hindi kasi kami gumawa ng itemized list of accpying goods... so all my time in the airplane i was worrying abt the list... tapos wala din naman pala..
