Tanong ko lang po kung meron dito na COMMON LAW ang status sa application? Pa-share naman po ng timeline or kung ano mang progress ang meron po kayo.. Thanks..

Hi char, susunod na din yung sa inyo ni hailo i bet kasi halos ka-timeline ko kayo db.. ;D Ganun din sa iba, antay antay lang talaga..

About the passport, would they still consider the brown PP that we have now, which i believe almost everybody here has..? Kasi naman pabago bago ang DFA bigla.. Brown or red, iisa lang kaya yun? Kasi ang nakalagay sa PP request, they require the red, machine-readable PP.. Pero as hailo have said, machine-readable nga ang alam ko ding brown PP na meron tayo ngayon..

yung Police Clearance ko from another country....they already accpeted my plea naman kaya lang syempre i bet they need to follow their protocol....mag check sila.sabi nga ni qorax, it may take sometime pa daw....pray ko lang mabilis or at least consider nila yun letter ko without checking he,he,he...wishful thinking......

basta machine readable acceptable na daw yun.....

common law din po ung status ng application namin ng hubby ko...kaya lang medyo konti pa lang progress ng application namin..Nagsubmit kme docu sa VO nung April 28 tapos ung 2nd AOR nareciv namin nung April 30...May 4 receved by visa office na ung status namin....napansin ko lang halos mga nurses ung nandito sa forum....nurse din kme nung hubby ko pero ung NOC namin is 4131 College instructor....

share ko na din ung timeie ng co faulty ko nag apply din FSW...nagtataka nga din ako ang bilis nung sa kanya....Feb 25 nagsubmit sya ng docu sa embassy..March 9 received y visa office na.... tapos April 14 request for medical na kaagad sya di na inabot ng 45 days mga 30 days lng yata...tapos kanina nagpamedical na sya....

Ay oo, tagal nga nyang police clearance.. FBI ba? Kami din kasi, dyan natagalan sa FBI cert, pero inaccept naman nga ng embassy yung request namin for an extension before kami magmedical. Kelan ka pa ba nag-request nung police clearance mo?

Grabe ang bilis nung sa co-faculty mo ah.. Hindi siguro ganung ka-complicated ng case niya, kaya mabilis na-process ng VO.. Anyway, magiging ok din yung sa inyo ng husband mo.. Would you mind if i ask this.. Hubby mo, pero common law kayo.. Married na kayo ngayon or may plano kayo before umalis or dun na sa Canada?

That's right, we have the same PP. So machine readable na din pala yan kahit walang metal chip? Kinabahan kasi ako kala ko kailangan ko na naman renew passport eh sa 2015 pa expiration. Thanks. Magpapaapoint na sana ko sa DFA. ;D

Clarify ko lang po....the brown passports were issued before the green one. After nung green maroon passport na po. Ang machine readable at ang e-passport po both are colored maroon. ang e-passport po is the ones na may microchip sa cover page. I asked the operator how to identify the chip...ung medyo matigas daw na parang sim card. Ung machine readable is maroon din at hologram ang first page nya. Ung biodata page daw pag tinapat sa ilaw nagchachange ang color.

According to DFA, machine readable ang hinihingi ng embassy. They will no longer accept the green one.

The green one kailangan irenew kahit far from expiration date pa po.

Yup, dito ko Phils., sa isang gov't agency ako nagwowork dito.. Ikaw po?

Yung friend mo na yun, plan nila magpakasal before umalis? Sa tingin mo mas ok na after na ma-grant yung visa? Hindi kaya magkaron ng problema, kasi db baka isipin nila inantay lang talagang mgkaron ng visa then get married after.. Hindi ko kasi alam sa case ng common law partners kung anong next advisable step after the application process to granting with the visa..

accdg to my frend...sa canada na daw muna sila papakasal...kasama mo ba partner mo sa application mo?...bale dependent pala ako nung hubby ko ...sya ung principal applicant...nagwowork kame pareho sa isang university as clinical instructor...

correct ka jan...dami nila money kinukuha satin. kagigil ang mga govt agencies :'( :'( :'(

according sa listahan ko ng mga timelines..hehehe ??? ??? ??? mga end of May ko pa dapat expect PP ko. sana mapaaga at hindi na lumagpas...

iniinvade ng mga nurses ang forum. ako naman 3152 at 4131 ang aking inaply. I work in a review center now and hopefully makapasok sa aming branch sa canada ( the company doesnt do intercompany referrals)

I'm applying with my CLP too...

oct09 pa po initial application namin. at first everything came in so ideal as regards to timeline
came feb08 - full documents successfully submitted to CIC manila
10 days after received our AOR... feb23 changed to "RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE"

after that, never heard anything from them again...

69points lang po ako...
so i am assuming some variables to consider here...
baka nga pag malapit na sa 67 points, mas masinsinang assessment...
unlike yung mga 70points above, medical request agad...
kasi kung di na satisfy sa ibang criteria, my mag fill-in sa kulang...

sana nga dumating na... 3 days more, 3 months na ako naghihintay...

regarding my CLP naman po...
10 years na po kami in a relationship
presented some documents to prove it.
-statutory declaration (notarized)
- pictures and letters together
- joint account active two years ago
- contract of lease with our names together

never pa po kami nakakareceive ng calls nor our employers...
we are so clueless... nagresign na CLP ko sa work. sana nga dumating na.
nakakadepress narin wait :'(

Opo, bale ako kasi ang depedent niya.. Nga pala, 2 kami ng partner ko ang sumasagot dito sa forum, kaya baka maconfuse kayo. Hehehe. For now, i'm speaking as the dependent.. Sinama niya po ako sa application, kaya we're thinking now if getting married won't affect our application or baka maging inadmissible kami sa Canada.. Sana po hindi, medyo naguguluhan pa kami ngayon.

Opo, we submitted our passports yesterday Sabi po samin nung agent, mga 2-3 weeks baka mareceive na daw po namin yung PP with the visa, sana nga po.. Panibagong antayan na naman 'to.. Sana hindi magkaron ng problema..

Mapapaaga po yang sayo.. Mabilis lang yan, kami nga hindi namin inexpect na marereceive agad namin yung PP request db.. Pray lang

Saang review center ka pala nagwowork? Sana ok lang na tinanong ko..

Kami ng partner ko, 67 points lang din, pero ok naman yung naging process.. Talagang sa FBi clearance lang kami nagkaproblema dahil yun ang matagal namin inantay dumating.. Don't worry too much kyle, darating din yung sa inyo Halos parehas din pala tayo ng mga supporting docs na sinubmit for CLPs.. Bakit siya nagresign? Sayang naman, habang naghihintay sana muna kayo.. Ikaw, san ka work?

Hi edithm, sa NBI Taft ka magpa-finger print.. Sa main office nila yun. They'll provide you with the fingerprint card also. Mabilis lang yun. Tapos ipapadala nila yun sa DFA para i-authenticate then you have to wait for a week to claim it, sa DFA na. That's what I did
