Have tried to backread some of the posts here - it appears that there are a lot of requirements that need to be submitted.. Would like to ask your opinion if using an immigration consultancy firm/agency is important or if I can complete the application process successfully on my own.. Would my chances of my visa getting approved be better if I get an agency?

Hi peaches! getting the services of an agency is not an assurance of visa approval. they will assess you and if you dont pass, they will refuse right away and if you do, you have the same chances as the other who don't hire their services.

The advantage of hiring one is they organize all the documents for you, although you're the one who will secure them. You will be assured that everything is on order before they submit to NS or Visa office. In short, hassle-free ka and you will fell confident that you didn't miss out anything.

Ang disadvantage lang, ang tagal nila mag review ng papers mo, sometimes you thought they already submitted yun pala, di pa nila na review. Well, yun ang experience ko sa agency ko, pero other than their short delays, im satisfied naman with their services.

i completed on march 11, 2010.hindi pa rin nagbago ang ecas status ko last friday and the possibility of changing is uncertain as i still dont have my police clearance from middle east.thats why am wondering kung ok na medical,at least yun man lang malaman ko kung ok mabawasan yung anxiety ko.

do you know by chance kung anu email ng visa office?i would like to write to them reolice clearance.i have been experiencing difficulty talaga in acquiring one...

Hello Hailo.. Pwede ba malaman saan sa middle east ka antay police clearance? naka base ka pa ba dun? In my case; I submit the full docs then after a week I submitted yung additional docs ko which is a PCC from Qatar. Galing din ako Saudi but I made a waiver letter since di naman require ang PC kung di ka current resident dun..

when i wrote an email sa visa office and had my address changed, i used the ones written sa second aor. ;D

hey thanks, they replied to me this morning and they accepted my plea (tsk,tsk,tsk) unfortunately wala pa daw medical naming 3 dun pero complete na daw review sa docs ko.tama si coolej matagal nga mag forward ang nationwide to compare dun sa nabasa ko dito sa thread parang may result na sila right away.....

hi koji wala na me dun actually got two experiences outside PI, sa saudi and libya....libya is the one whos giving me a whole lot of difficulty (exaggerated ba he,he,he) eh totoo naman pati nga saudi 45 days at a maximum.actually, it was requested by the Visa officer na magsubmit so i had to find my way to produce it.sa OUMWA office ako nag punta kasi sila nag assists in acquiring the PC.madami na kong nakasabay dun same problem PC din...hay buti na lang considerate ang Canadian people hopefully tuloy ang pagconsider nila sa docs ko....

Rizela is right...Its actually your choice whether you will seek an agency for their expertise of do it on your own.

On my case, I do it on my own...Didn't experience too much difficulty...As long as your confident that what your doing is right and are you following the immigration guide, then I think you will make it..

i agree with her kasi yung determination mo lang g need mo.kasi by experience sa mga kasama ko may agency na nga di pa magawang matapos docs kasi iniisip agad mahirap...if you want mag scout ka ng agency or check mo kung kaya mo yung immigration guid na mafulfill on your own....one thing iss for sure the people in this forum are so generous in gviing information....goodlcuk....

yes bubbles magdadala ng cash pero enough lang for two-three mos. consumption at pang register sa CRNE, parang hindi ko kaya magdala ng cash equivalent sa declared na more than 20,000.00 canadian dollars...uu the way i understood sa guideline pwede any amount just declare how much you bring with you na cash sa point of entry then ang iba pwede na bank certs or passbook...

sana nga bubbles, am itching na talaga to know...and also when i asked the bank, na encash na yong payment ko pero hindi cla tumawag, sana nga....sana ok na
