same here. July 2009 applicant. I got my medical and RPRF last week.

my HR manager who's name and phone number was on my employment cert, also a close friend sa office, hindi sya tinawagan. I'm asking her the same question almost every workday.
my wife works in the bank where we have majority of the funds and she's an ex-manager of another bank where we have din the other half of our funds, hindi din tinawagan yung mga managers/officers/staff nila.

e ayun kasi mukha pera yung consultant ko... nagtatanong ako ng maayos... oo lng ng oo.. tapos di pala ako eligible kasi nga d pa perm res tita ko... on the process palang... hayyy... sana lang maraming mag pray sa akin na d ako ma denied... need ko talaga maka help sa family,,, terminally ill ang dad ko..

so saang stage ka na ba ngayon? kc ang alam ko pag nakapasa ka sa initial assessment, then eligibility review nila then positive na yon, pero kung not, sa first communication pa galing sa embassy returned na lahat papers mo...

sa nabasa ko sa web ng embassy, na you can bring any amount but if it exceeds 10,000.00 canadian dollar just declare all those at the port of entry whether cash or check or passbook...

medyo im kind of in a hurry to go kc i need to prepare for my licensure and need to secure my kids enrollment as well. Pag may visa na, aalis kami kaaga. ;D ;D.hala! EXCITED AKO

hey congrats sa inyo...hope the rest will follow.....magpasched na kayo ng seminar kasi when i had my schedule requested, june na nakuha kong slot as they have two sessions in a week.it is not compulsory though but it will help us in the career perspective.btw, call them up first, may mga several docs sila ask like resume and pics.

according sa mga nakausap ko, when the reviewer is equally satisfied sa mga submitted docs they dont usually call the bank or employers to check them up.when they find it dubious or something they do.sabi nga nung bank na kausap ko they dont call esp pag kilala ang bank....or the least the applicant will be asked for interview.....

im very happy to announce i finally got my AOR from CIO, NS! All praise and thanks to GOD!

my next step is to gather dox. im presently connected with the government. yng employment contract kasi namin has some Tagalog provisions at the back with no English translations, but most of the text meron. tanong ko lang kng kelangan pa po official english translation na verbatim talaga at kng kanino po maka secure non?

help po pls....

sana ganoon na nnga, kaso lang, last monday ko lang na discover na yong bank certificate ko pala does not have a tel number written on the certificate, nag inquire kc ako sa bank last monday kung may tumawag na, doon ko nalaman na wala pa lang contact number yung cert na bigay nila at pinadala ko noon along with my docs....hayyyy...disgusting sana walang magiging prob yon...ngayon pa na in process na pala ang ECAs ko...sana....sana...

nasa 120 days na ako... dun sa napass na sa embassy yung papers... tapos yung initial application na sinend sa nova scotia nakalagay dun sa website na nila-log in, forwarded na sa canadian embassy yung papers ko daw...
