if medical request are sent thru snail mail...
then that would be a problem for me...

kasi my mailing address is sa PROVINCIAL/PERMANENT address ko.
And it really takes hundred years bago makarating dun.
aside from that, i'm working at present here in MANILA...

is there anyone here who received medical request by email?
sad... :(

Medicals are sent thru snail mail. The forms that you'll use will be included in the mail, together with CIIP forms and brochure.
If it is more than 45 days, you can inquire.

I havn't heard of the medical being requested thru email...I just don't know with the others. But mostly, it's thru postal mail since medical forms for the DMP to fill up are also included in the mail. Unless there are other exceptions, I guess...

hi malboa and jeng,

wow! that's even more exciting than i thought.
the last time i received my medical request for my working visa...
i only had two pages, one is the letter of request itself,
and the other one is a sheet of the list of clinics i can have my medicals.

anyway!
i need to be more patient with this...
i don't mind waiting if that's the case,
as long as it's sure, i'm going to receive my visa in the end.

godbless everyone...

Good day to all 8)
What's "applying for FSW Page" ???
Kindly explain.
Sorry, just a newbie.
Thank you for your understanding.
;)

Hi Lyn,

I am also a newbie here...FSW stands for Federal Skilled Worker...one of the routes by which you can apply for a Canadian immigration visa. :)

@filcpa
Hello! Thanks or the reply ;)
Maybe we have applied under this category ::)
Our family's timeline is below:
July 2005 - submitted our application to the CE-Manila
July 2005 - AOR
Nov 2008 - 2nd letter asking us if we are still interested in pursuing our application. If not, then we should write a letter. If yes, no need for us to write a letter.
Feb 2010 - still waiting... (within the timeline we have submitted updates for addition in the family members and certificates of employment overseas with contract of employment)
It has been a long time of waiting.....
Kindly advise.
Thanks to all and God bless!

Hello to everyone

I had my application papers returned kahapon lang and in the their letter na indicate nila na. what i had submitted "Use of Representative Form (IMM 5476) is not an authorized representative".

I was wondering, since I did not tick or check it in the checklist how cam na ask pa nila sakin un form na un? Also directly ako nag fill up ng form and na papackage sa kanila office.

Could someone enlightened me on this matter?

Thanks

you may want to inquire your status sa embassy using your file number. Most of the 2005 till 2007 applicants already got their medical requests and most even got their visas now. Maybe di mo lang nareceive ung Medical request..

Good Luck Lyn!

char_bonel n kyle,

i believe you are a little bit ahead of me, i wanna ask this...if the status in E-CAS is changed to in process, does this mean that the embaddy will call our references to verify including our proof of funds?

by the way, d ba you are both applying under NOC 4131, right? can we share ideas, timelines and more?

@BigMike Thanks for your reply. How do we inquire about our status? In our first letter from the CE-Manila, it was written that "Do not send any correspondence during this period of time requesting a case status update as we will be unable to respond. Contact this office ONLY if there are changes to your personal particulars, including changes of address or family composition.."
Please advise. Many thanks! 8)
