Wala na nga talaga dun sa bagong checklist yong family tree. But for me ma attach seguro ako ng
family tree kasi half-sister ko ang relative ko sa canada, so magkaiba kami ng mother but we have the
same father.

The Personal Net Worth Statement Form is also not included in the checklist because in the
form for Economic Classes:

specifically item No. 10, we have to state there our total assets,
total liabilities, and total settlement funds.

unlike before with the visa specific instructions for manila visa office, andon
talaga na i attach natin yong form ng Personal Net Worth.

Pwede sa kahit anong VO as long as legal ung status mo ska you stayed there for atleast 6 months AFAIK. check mo din ung application guide nandun lahat un.

in my case, i chose Manila VO than Buffalo, NY USA. I did my medical here in US.

Manila VO will send listing of accredited doctos & for sure meron nman dyan sa Australia & dpat dun ka lang mag pa medical exam then sila na magpapadala sa Manila Visa Ofc.

Nang kumuha ako sa school ko ng TOR di naman naka sealed envelope. kelan ka ma submit ng papers mo?
buti nga ang NOC mo konti lang nag-aaply niyan. Yong una ko sana na papasukan 1122 madali
mapuno, try ko uli sa NOC 1233.

And what will you use Demand draft or credit card?

yes jeffrey 23 send your application asap...sometimes processing sa Mnila VO less than a yr pa nga.

if you choose Manila VO... your accredited doctor there will send the result sa Manila VO.

You may or may not retake. It depends on the VO kung i-require nya kayo na mag-retake or i-extend lang yung validity ng medical results nyo. I don't know kung anu ang nagiging basehan nila to decide whether to extend or retake. Just pray that it is just an extension and no retake, if ever man na umabot sa expiry date. Medyo gahol lang kayo sa oras, kc you have to leave as soon as you get the visa dahil yung expiration nung visa is 1-year from the date of your medical which is the expiry date din ng medical results. You have to plan ahead and make the necessary preparations now, just in case...

Ask ko lang ko ilang months ang validity ng visa issued to you, 6 months ba yan from
its issuance?

Mas malaki ba ang chance na ma approve ang application kung kasama ang family or
dapat ako lang muna ang mag-apply kasi nga di pa ako sure kung makakuha agad
ng work pagdating dun?
