Hello po sa lahat!

Me tanong lang po ako, kasi where planning to submit our application by saturday, pero we are confused dun sa part na tinatanong na "will accompany or not in Canada" para sa 2 anaka namin. WE've included them in the application, pero kung sakaling palarin at mabigyan kami ng visa, maiiwan muna cla sa pilipinas until makapagsettle na kami. Accompanying po ba cla nun or non-accompanying?

Thanks!

when you say "makapag-settle na kami", does that mean you'll go ahead only by a few weeks or months then fetch them? if that's the case then accompanying should be check. when you check the non-accompanying box, it means that their papers will not be processed together with yours and a petition will be their route in case you would like them to join you there in Canada.

Hi nikka,

I just want to butt in,if you don't mind.In addition,if you are planning to petesyon them,One good advice that I have here on the forum,as long as you will have a job, with all the OR for biling and other requirements, there is no need to wait for a year to petesyon them.In short,ma prove mo na lng na stable ka na,you can petesyon them.

Kasama po silang ipaprocess... maiiwan lang sila sandali, maybe 6 months or before mag-expire ung visa ng maiissue sa kanila kung sakali...

Thanks... Goodluck sa application... :)

Actually sir, included po sila sa application. babayaran po namin yung tig-$150 na processing fee nila... nalilito po kami kasi maiiwan lang sila sandali until makapagsettle kami ng partner ko. it may take 6 months or lesser or before mag-expire ang maiissue na visa nila kung sakali bago sila makasunod sa amin...

Thank you po... Goodluck sa application...

Hi all! Here's my 2 cents...

If you pay for the children's application fees, it should be declared as "accompanying" kahit di pa sila agad kasama on your initial landing, but they need to follow within the duration of their medical which is one year from issuance. Hope it helps.. All the best on your application!

thank you sa lahat ng magreply...

wish us luck sa application namin, sama nyo na rin po kami sa mga dasal nyo...

Goodluck po sa applications... My prayers are with you all...

nikka :)

I think it should be before the expiry of their medical...

Hi mIshi! It's a bit risky, kasi I'm not sure kung naka locked- in ang period of experience sa date of initial application, actually yun din ang problem ko dati kasi 3yrs and few months lang ang experience ko when i lodged my application. That time I needed 14 points sa IELTS to get the required points, fortunately I was able to make it, di ako masyado confident to sit for the IELTS kc wla tlaga ko time to review since i'm a working mom.

Kelan ba mag end ang 120 days mo? Bka pwedeng kumuha ka muna ulit and then send an explanation kung kelan ma re release ang result, but be sure na makukuha mo na yun target score mo.

At any rate, It's still worth a try to send your full docs. Others may give their own advice.

May kakilala ako,Hindi cya umabot ng 67 points,.Yon case nman niya, mdyo kulang siya sa experience, and he is single. However,he received his visa and he is already now in Canada last year.Naggawa siya ng Justification letter.

Anyway, yon ielts score nman niya masyadong mataas. But,i think it is a case to case bases, tanong ko lng hindi na ba refundable after matanggap mo yon first AOR,tpus hindi ka makaabot sa required score.

pa butt in din po...i believe accompanying should be checked mam...my friends who just recently had his permanent resident card said na once u had ur visa, from the time u had ur medical u have one year before it expires, kaya kung mga 6mos lang po pwede pa rin ho sila maiwan.

they also said na once u landed at makuha mo landing paper mo, right there and then pwede ka lumabas muna sa canada ulit (like in their case, they are working in qatar and still have months left in their contract), they went to canada to land and then went back again to qatar para makaipon pa ng pang settle sa canada, this june they intend to go back and settle na in canada. 2yrs daw outside canada from the time u land there ang pwede, but of course ang disadvantage nun eh di pa rin tumatakbo ung residency mo to become a canadian citizen...that is if ur not rushing to become a canadian citizen

Hi, meron po ba dito na may dalawang applications sa magkaibang countries just like me? i have an application kasi sa australia nung December 2008 pa pero since hindi gumagalaw at nalaman ko na medyo mabilis na processing sa CA so nag submit ako ng application sa canada last year. ung sa australia is under agency at d ko yun na withdraw kac inisip ko atleast may fallback ako just in case na d ma approve ung sa canada. then come dec 2010 may MR ako from Australia so nagpamedical ako nung Dec 21 tapos kahapon lang (Feb 3) may PPR na ako at sabi ng agent ko pagbigay ko daw ng passport ko sa monday after a week eh ibabalik na ung PP ko with visa na. nung January 12 kac somebody from canadian embassy called at nag verify lang sa address ko kasi magkaiba daw ung mailing at residential address ko, dito kac sa office ung nilagay kong mailing address pero till now wala pa rin ako nare receive na MR from CA pero kanina lang tumawag ulit ung canadian embassy but i was not able to answer their call and i tried to call them back pero operator na ang nakausap ko at sabi nya tatawagan na lang daw ulit ako ng embassy pero till now wala pang tawag ulit. by the way, In process na status ng application ko dun sa ecas. magkakaron kaya ng problem kung sakali na may visa na ako sa australia tpos pag ok na sa canada at mag PPR ako dun makita nila na may visa na ako sa australia d kaya nila tatanungin un o ground kaya un para d nila ako bigyan ng visa? would appreciate your opinion on this, please? thank you so much.
