1. they used credit card (cc), is there a way that i can trace it even if its not under my name (the

Have the credit card owner check that - it can be easily obtained

2. yes, it now falls to post june 26, sadly...palagay niyo po kaya i will get a reply from CIO thsi January?

you might have to confirm this with the other post june 26 applicants.

3. how many AORs ba narireceive? kasi ive read here that they receive 1st AOR then 2nd AOR, ano ho difference nito? what does PER means?

PER is the new AOR. its just a jargon. for the pre-june 26. there are 2 AOR's received after that is the MR -> PPR then the VISA

4. what usually po content ng 1st and 2nd AORS?



Note: this is for the pre-june 26 2010
the 1st AOR indicates the confirmation of the CIO of that the application has passed the initial assessment and the full documents is requiered to be passed to the Canadian Embassy in Manila (CEM) within 120 Days.

the 2nd AOR confirms the receipt of the CEM of the full documents.

5. does it mean na when they returned my application the first time, CIO also notified the agency thru their email add?

this i'm not knowledgeable of since I did the application myself. if you have signed the "Use of a Representative Form", then probably all correspondence are routed thru them

Hi Elmo 25, naka receive ka na ba medical request? Magka timeline tayo, August din date ng 2nd AOR namin. Until now wala pa kami medical request. Nakapag email na kami after 90 days, ang response:

"We will review your message shortly and if you do not receive a reply
within our service standards (28 days), this means that the information
requested is available on our websites ....
or your application is still within processing times."

But when I checked our ecas status, "received by visa office" pa rin.

Any advise from the seniors here ..... Thanks.

it so nice seeing most of you receiving your PER already. I'm beginning to worry now since my bank confirms that my BD is still outstanding. Would somebody advise me the possible scenarios what happened to my applications in Sydney Canada since it has been almost 4 months I haven't received any feedback from them. What would be my next best step to do? Does this mean that there's a chance my applications was rejected or did not pass the completeness test? Should I send an email to the CIC to verify my status?

my husband's friend wants to hire my sister (a registered nurse) as a caregiver. that employer is asking us about how many months would the process take for my sister to be there (in alberta) because she really needs help with her children. and what documents my sister needed for this.. Medical expires in October 2010. New born expected date of deliver June 2011 and medical by July/August 2011. May repeat medical p kaya kami ni misis?

question lang. kasi my wife will give birth sa june 2011 and baka medicals ni baby eh sometime Aug 2011.. kaso ung medicals namin ni misis eh October 2010.. need p kaya repeat ung medicals namin baka kasi abutan kami ng 1 year ng medical namin pagkaissue ng visa. ><

ask ko lang kung may nangyari na sa iba na ganito.

We have the same case. Me & my wife had medical exam in Sept 2009. Our baby was born in Feb 2010 and her medical exam was done in May 2010. Before issuance of PPR, visa office contacted us & asked if we are intending to land before our medical exam expire in Sept 2010. They said that if we are not yet ready to land in Sept 2010, they will issue another medical request for me & my wife before dumating Sept. 2010.

We decided to land before Sept. 2010 & visa was issued in July 2010 to give us enough time to book flights & attend pre-departure seminar.

Na-inform nyo na ba yung visa office na pregnant wife mo?

Guys, I think CIO now started to become strict with their policy specialy the IELTS. Although some applicants with academic IELTS received PER, but I think those were the early months like june to august. The good thing is, I was advised to take the GT module and was given 120 days to comply.
